There is a garden area to the front of the property and one to the rear with a patio. The garden attracts a variety of wild life and red squirrels can frequently be seen in both gardens

Grantown~on~Spey is the capital of Strathspey and lies in the Cairngorm NationaI Park. It has been a leading tourist resort since Victorian times and is one of Scotland's earliest planned towns. It has a spacious square which is lined with trees and-the town centre is a designated conservation area.
The town is surrounded by woodland providing many safe forest walks and the river Spey is famous for its salmon fishing. Other facilities include an 18 hole golf course, sports hall, swimming pool and an outdoor bowling green.
The High Street shops offer a full range of high quality goods from gifts to local food and the variety of restaurants have menus to suit all tastes. There are also many bars in town where you can sample the delights of the Highland Malt Whisky for which the area is famous.
The town is within easy reach of both summer and winter outdoor sports facilities and there are many places of interest to visit both in the immediate area and further a field including the Cairngorm Mountains in Scotland's largest National Park and the Malt Whisky Trail. Braemar, Inverness, loch Ness and the beaches of the Inner Moray Firth are all within easy travel distance and the Highland Games are held in different communities throughout the area.
